When I received this item I was disappointed and I expressed my disappointment and my rating. I wasn't nasty but fair in my judgment. I was contacted by the seller and they agreed to refund my money and send me another one. I did get a full refund and another one. I received pretty much the same type of item I was unhappy with so now I have two. What was my problem with this one? Well it doesn't fit my Samsung Galaxy 2 phone like it advertised. Scratches were developing from me trying to push and squeeze the phone into the mount. It was totally useless to me and I tried to find another use for it but I couldn't. I'd recommend this seller only because they were more concerned about making me happy and willing to go the extra step even if it seemed like a loss to them. I still can't say anything good about this product. So this rating is really more towards the seller than the product. I'd be very careful about buying this particular product, but I'd say buy from this seller without any problems
