Wow what a great alternative to buying an expensive apple product. It works, it is super compact, and very inexpensive, plus it is pink.

The product did not work. Very frustrating. Went on a trip thinking my ipod was charged only to find out it was not! How do I get a refund?

At all. Possibly it's compatible with a PC but connecting it to my Powerbook g4 I get nothing.
