The two connectors required by your power supply plug into the Garmin stick out of the bottom in a very awkward way ( NOTE: the photo in you advertisement don't depict the two necessary connectors, the photo shows just a wire coming out of the Garmin). It would all work fine if it was just sitting on a table, but on a bike or in any portable use, it's a mess. It's just a matter of time before the multiple plugs get broken when hooked together into the GPS.
So, if you want to use this power supply on a bike, you will need to build a cable to attach it. A simple short cable, Garmin to Gomadic power supply is needed. I know, this was done for flexibility, but in the end it's not good for portable use.
I wouldn't recommend your device for cyclist use because of this connector design.
