What I like the most about this lamp kit is that everything is plug and play. I just connect the panel wire to the lamp wire and the thing starts charging right away. I had a little trouble getting it to charge my iPhone 3GS that was running iOS 5. But, I recently upgraded to an iPhone 5 with iOS 6 and it has no problem charging whatsoever. But, this isn't the only piece of equipment I had this problem with Apple products. Thank you Steve Jobs! If you're running iOS 6 or iOS 4, you'll be fine.

Also nice is the amount of light this thing puts out. It's incredible. Even at the lowest setting, I can fill the whole room enough for multiple people to read. I also use it to light the yard when I let my dogs outside at night. Great product!

This is certainly a great product. Not only can it brighten up the room for you, you can also charge your cell phones with it. Iphone batteries are known to die pretty quick. I used the lamp to charge my iphone and I was surprised by how quick it charged my phone. The only reason why I only rate 4 stars is because the price is a little bit pricey, but it's definitely well worth it from what it does!

I bought this kit from a different retailer at a higher price but it was worth it. We used it for camping the whole summer, dropping it a couple of times and it still works just fine. The lamp gives a pleasant light for reading and lasts for ages. Having a mobile cell phone charger wherever you are is awesome, esp. when the earthquake hits again.

I just wanted to recommend the Pico lamp. We had a power outage and I was really saved with the light. My phone was almost out of a charge and I was able to re charge it and make some calls. The light was also very bright and I was amazed at how much of the room was covered.
