The first one I received would not fit in my phone so they sent me another one. Five stars for customer service. I don't use the unit very often but for your information, it will not plug into an iPhone that has a case.

Decent inexpensive Apple iPhone/iPod charger. One flaw is that the "dock" connector is larger than the standard Apple connector, so it doesn't work with all protective cases (especially the thicker ones). I have to take the case off my phone to use this charger. That's worthy of a 3-star rating because they could easily have made it the standard Apple size without any new engineering.
So far the charger works just fine and for ten bucks it's hard to complain too much.

I had ordered a generic (cheap) "Apple Approved" car charger previously for my Iphone 4S and it didn't work out of the box. Apple logo lit up, but phone would not charge.
I was skeptical this one would work, but phone charges just fine. The only thing I don't like is the cord is a bit short and isn't particularly "springy".
