This battery came quickly, looks like it was refurbished, but that's fine with me. Fits my BE500C unit (but not my BE500 unit) and is working fine. I took one star off because of the vague description.

I got a new un-interrupted power supply at work when my old one began to randomly beep. I was instructed to throw the old one away. I did some research on APC's website, however, and found that the battery on my old UPS had done all it came to do.
