Thought I was getting a great charging solution but found the data cable does not charge an Escapade Verizon phone. Other parts work as described. Not sure what the data cable might do if you have the right software, but when the phone is plugged into the cable and the other end into a USB port no charging takes place. And no synching. Guess you need special software for that, which would have been nice, but I just wanted it as a USB charging option. Does Not Work. Make very certain that you know what your phone needs before relying on this bundle.
The products were sent quickly. The attachment to plug into the car from the phone is difficult to insert into the car. I have inserted other phone connections in the car so I don't think the problem is on the car side. The wall attachment works fine on the wall end. All the attachments are difficult to insert into the phone. I know that the phone is the problem because I have trouble using the original wall power cord connection also.

Was sent the wrong cords, contacted customer service, was sent correct cord in a very short time! Very satisfied with support, just would've been nice to get the correct on the first shot.
