This is exactly what you get in the box with the battery tender itself. EXACTLY. Good product, well made, does what it's supposed to. Can't beat that.These are great units but if you are going to attach the quick disconnect to a modern automotive battery installed in an auto, think twice. Newer battery cables do NOT allow these rings to attach to the battery at the battery posts. You'll have to connect the 'Rings' to another positive and negative terminal location.If using on an auto, a better option is the cigarette lighter/power plug unit. (...)
Quality of the unit is very good. 4 stars because they don't say, will not work on all battery's. Also, the rings are not large enough to accomodate an automotive battery cable post attachment. The holes must be enlarger unless you are attached to other than the atcual battery
10/2/2011 Update: Three years later and the unit has run 24/7 all that time and still going great. Change to 5 stars +
3/3/2013 Update: The unit has been running constantly for 4 years plus. Still working just fine.I have ready some reviews from others about this not fitting on a battery for an automobile. So they were disappointed in this product. This is because it is made for a MOTORCYCLE BATTERY PEOPLE! It hooked up to the MOTORCYCLE battery like a glove. Works like a charm. Get this if you own a MOTORCYCLE not a car!
