PROS
* 1/2 the price compared to other systems
* Rider-to-Rider intercom worked flawlessly
* Easy installation and setup
* Remote control worked great and is much safer to use!
* Good battery life (used extensively for 7+ hours in one day with power to spare)
* Range adequate but could be a little better (@ 1/2 mile unobstructed range)
* Can connect up to 4 riders.
* Full duplex communication allowing both riders to simultaneous talk at same time like phone call.
CONS
* Helmet clip doesn't feel very secure (issue solved by adding double sided tape or Velcro)
* Unit needs to be tethered or secured to clip with zip ties since it can work itself loose and detach.
* Speakers lack bass and sound tinny at high volume, useless at speeds above 65 mph,
* Bluetooth connection occasionally dropped (only affects phone/music function not rider-to-rider communication)
* USB charging cable has proprietary charging tip (no micro USB power port)

The "Zak" manI have recently been contacted by Shark Motorcycle Audio and after obtaining some information from me, they informed me that they are sending a replacement handlebar control. This makes me very happy, as I was happy with the performance of the unit in a whole, but I bought it for the remote control which didn't work. I am awaiting the replacement, at which time I will update here again.
Thanks Shark!!!I installed this and it works. However. The handlebar controller does not work at all. The adhesive that mounts the device to the helmet came off doing 50MPH on the highway and I almost lost the device. I ended up mounting it with stronger tape. If this wasn't such an involved process to install I would have returned it for an exchange. If these issues did not happen I would have been very happy with it. I use it every day and works great (except for the handlebar mount, that is sitting at home as it does NOT work at all).It's important to remember that this set is cheaper than any of the others. Or at least it was when I bought it last year. Because of that, I think it works really well. The wires can get a little in the way, but for me and my friend on our scooters we can talk easily and answer phone calls with no problem.

so far not been any inconvenience, we just need to improve the quality of the headphones, otherwise excellent product and very good price.
