Whail once agen i get another returned product from a seller on amazon, I tryed to give this dash camera time to work, nothing, the battery was in the device when i opened it , that mean,s it was not a new one, the box was not sealed. the menu button does not work, the unit keep,s blinking a red and white pictur----this was mailed to me anywase. Do not trust this comp. thay will rip you off the same way thay did me. now im stucke sending this garbage back to whair it came from and thail send it out agen..( lot,S OF LUCK PEOPLE)

My problem with the product:

1. Very hard to read manual/documentation. Not comprehensive seems vague and incomplete instructions.

2. On screen menu has poor navigation:

doesn't show how toi activate the 6 LED lights.

set date and time menu selection is there but cannot activate to actually assign date and time.

3. No specification of what home plug-in adapter can be used to charge the unit instead of the included car

plug-in.
