are as pictured but does not work well with my slide out, have grippers for carpet but one side of our slide out is on linoleum so would be afraid weight and vibration on these items would damage the linoleum. Plus it just pushes out of the way when tip out comes in on the linoleum side.

WE ARE FULL-TIMERS SO WE USE THESE ALL YEAR LONG. THEY SEEM DURABLE AND WELL MADE A LITTLE PRICEY BUT THEY KEEP THE RUG GREASE/DIRT FREE.
