Didn't have a chance to use it many times as it is intended for long trips without access to power and I didn't have those yet but I ran my test on it and managed to get 3.5 charges to my iPhone 4S, which is good enough for me. I've used another battery pack before (5000mAh) which would give me same number of charges to my iPod touch which had significantly lower battery capacity so I take it as even (higher battery capacity device requires higher capacity battery pack to get the same results).
