- Ensures peak battery performance by eliminating the main cause of lead-acid battery problems and failure -- sulfation buildup on the battery plates
- Works on all lead-acid batteries including gel cell, antimony, hybrid, calcium plate designs and absorbed glass mat
- Increases battery life span up to three times longer
- Provides greater charge acceptance so batteries recharge faster and with better quality
- Helps protect the environment
I've had extensive experience with PulseTech products through the military. This particular item is ideal for vehicles/batteries in pretty much daily use, but is not for batteries that sit extended periods without charging. I put on my 97 Ford Explorer last year so I wouldn't have to periodically hook up my PulseTech Extreme 100X822 charger. I installed the PulseTech Solarpulse 2 watt on my 09 Silverado since it was not my daily commuter vehicle. My first PulseTech solargizer I installed on 90 Toyota with new 48 month battery in 2003. Same battery was still testing 75% with their MBT1 tester in 2011. I could park it for a week in below zero temps at the airport and it always had plenty of juice to crank when I got back. I recovered the solargizer when truck was totaled and put it on my lawn tractor, still going strong. When coupled with proper maintenance of battery terminals and fluid levels, my experience is you will get return on your PulseTech investment with one battery. For me, I know and trust PulseTech so I don't even consider other brands.
