This panel came without wire leads attached even though it was part of the product description. Ratings under full sun are approximately 4.5V 22mA (no load), rather than the 3.6V 100mA stated output. Since it also came without a packing slip, I thought I received a different panel, but in checking the configuration with photos of other units, it is the correct panel, just not as robust an output as claimed.
