The kids love them. They are having lots of fun. However, It does not get 16 mile range. It gets a mile or less. Like I said kids love them anyway. I was just hoping they would get at least 2 or 3 miles.

This was a Christmas present for one grandson; however, with four receivers, he shares with his brother and two cousins. They are having a blast hiding all over the property and calling one another. Good range; however, we haven't tested it to its limits.

I like everything except the batteries last for about 4 hours and need re-charging. Is there anything I need to do to make the batteries last longer?

Ok product. Range was about a mile on a normal road. Not bad overall. Battery only last for a day.
