- Provides 450 instant amps (900 peak amps) vehicle starting power
- AC/DC power source
- LED work light
Downsides to the product: inverter is a little noisy, and the initial charge time to charge this product takes 34 hours from an AC outlet.
Also the inverter switch is not behind a panel the way the other switches are; this would have been useful to have because it means I need to keep the product in its box to prevent the inverter switch from accidentally turning on if the device rolls around in my trunk.

This thing is pretty amazing in what it can do for the low price. Sure, it has it's drawbacks, such as a relatively weak 500ma charger & noisy inverter, but all those things can be forgiven by the small price tag. I use the inverter to run my laptop when I am away from a power source and I can usually get a few hours worth of use out it. This thing was much cheaper than buying a new laptop battery and can do so much more. If it were any more expensive then I would say pass but for the price it is definitely worth it.Read Best Reviews of Peak PKC0BL 450 Amp Jump Starter/Power Inverter/Inflator Here
I received this product about a year and a half ago as a gift. Just last week the air compressor stopped working. It would still run, but would not inflate. Even though the 90 day warranty was over, I called 1-800-477-5847 to see what my options were. The representative from Old World Industries was willing to send me a new one even though the warranty had long expired. I find that type of customer service very rare today.Want Peak PKC0BL 450 Amp Jump Starter/Power Inverter/Inflator Discount?
I bought this box in February 2012. It would not hold a charge at all; Sometimes the air compressor would work, but failed to ever jump any of our vehicles. The warranty was only for 90 days, but I sent an email to the Peak team 8 months later, and within a week and a half, they sent me a replacement!! Awesome! Thanks Peak!Let me start of by saying that this replaced a 5 year old Vector brand that treated me very well. This battery even when brand new and fully charged for days it would not turn over my Vehicle. The Vector brand battery would turn my car over even after using it as an auxiliary battery and left sitting in my trunk for months.
Peak should stick to antifreeze instead of slapping their name on junk.
I may have possibly gotten a bad unit, who knows. I also feel like it is a waste of resources producing a battery that is garbage from the start.
