The narrow configuration of the AC adapter allows it to fit neatly between other plugs, even on a power strip. Other adapters block adjacent outlets but this one doesn't.

The LED on the car charger is not bright enough. Other than that, it performs well and is worth the $15 I paid for it.

This did not work with or for my sansa 8gb clip and was returned. The 110 volt charge light would not come on nor did it charge the clip. The 12 volt charger did work. I subquently orderd the Durable Flexible Blue Silicone Skin Case + Car + Home Travel Charger For SanDisk Sansa Clip by iKross which works fine for a fraction of the cost.
