I purchased this to replace the one that came with my DVD player. The one that came with the player broke relatively quick and initially I thought it was the player itself. After some research, I was told to replace the adapter and this one works great.I went to radio shack and asked for this cord but the best they could come up with was giving me a single one then splitting it myself. My son ruined the one that came standard with our dvd player for the car by tripping on it and pulling the cord out so this is all we needed. It was a quick, easy, and cheap find. Thanks so much!I need to contact the vendor because on the third day it stopped working. It appears to be made well, it's thicker than the original cord. But it just doesn't work...Save 23% Off
This adaptor was for a dual screen dvd player that was about to be in the trash/ I looked all over town at Best Buy, Radio Shack etc... for something compatible and found nothing. I was weary about buying this but read the good reviews and though I would do it before I lumped the whole system in the trash. I got it just in time for a 16 hour car ride and was THRILLED I did. It was a trip saver for sure, and way stronger than the phillips one that came with the dvd's. So happy about this purchase! Thank you!
