This digital transmitter worked great with my Ipod touch. The music quality is spectacular. I have owned others that had a lot of static or interference, but not this on.

It took me a minute or two to find the right station to transmit my music through, but once I did, I just preset the station to memory on the stereo and on the transmitter.I am very satisfied with this product. It is definitely worth a try.

The cable shorted out in 2 weeks and you can't find a cable to replace it since it has a mini plug and a regular plug on the cord. It worked good till the cord went out.

I have this product and highly recommend it. One of the keys to getting decent sound from an RF modulator into the FM receiver in your automobile is getting a strong signal from the modulator. I live in area where there a few vacant frequencies on the FM dial. This FMTD6R is able to provide a clean signal on a frequency that is right between two strong FM station signals. Although this product will work fine when my Blackberry Bold 9700 (which I use to listen to cached Slacker stations) is in my console, the best signal is when I set my Blackberry on the dashboard, to be even closer to the windshield antenna.

The frequency response from this product is decent, also. Not quite up to the quality from my satellite radio, however, adjusting the tone controls to boost the bass +1 and the treble +3 made it sound pretty decent. (I believe the selection of music available on Slacker is way better than the XM stations.) Any higher than +3 increased the hiss too much. Also, be sure to set the volume on your MP3 player to a relatively high setting so that you can keep the volume on your radio reasonably low. If you still hear hissing, you may want to try a different frequency or decrease the treble a bit. The digital readout with the up/down controls and the 10 memory locations are great for storing multiple frequencies.

Flat out doesn't work. VERY disappointed. Can't find a frequency in my area, west palm beach FL, that will pick up anything from this thing. Totally useless. Does not work as advertised. Shouldn't even be sold in this area if you can't use it. The company website does not even list this product. There are no extra instructions or troubleshooting information that I can find. Don't buy!
