This item helped my phone last through my long days of use. Typically could juice up my phone from ~10-15% to 100% twice before needing recharge. Design could have been a little better, as the plug in switching and carrying (without losing) attachments can be annoying. Battery pack is beginning to degrade after a few months of this daily use, which is expected.

I really like this product. It does take a while to transfer the charge to my phone but I like the availability of multiple tips,so that I can use it on different products, and there have been times when it has come in handy. I also like the fact that the tip that fits the Captivate is the same tip that fits the Kindle, which I purchased recently.
