  • Built-in battery charger that charges battery while plugged into the vehicle

The product description states there is a built-in meter and LEDs to indicate the charge-level of the battery. They are advertising the more expensive product and shipping the cheaper version. Do not buy, this is a scam. I received the product and it does not match the picture or description none of the features listed are included.

Here are the features as they have listed at my time of purchase (and now I just doublechecked):

Built-in battery meter with LED test lights there is no meter to be found on this model.

LED's indicate: fully charged, re-charge, or charging there is not a single LED on it.

Convenient test button verifies battery charge there is no test button.

Built-in battery charger that charges battery while plugged into the vehicle i didn't open it up, but i doubt its in there.

DO NOT BUY, if you are expecting the features listed.

Kensington 33362 Ultraportable Power Inverter 150

Kensington 33362 Ultraportable Power Inverter 150
  • Kensington Power Inverter 150W Ultra Compact Portable
  • Kensington

This is the perfect adapter for me as it powers both my notebook and all of my gadgets from a single brick. I use it for my notebook, DVD player, cell phone, mp3 player, guitar trainer and PDA. The Kensington is simple, compact and lightweight without a lot of fussy extra stuff to deal with. The iGo and Targus systems require a separate dongle for low-power devices like cell phones and CD-players.

"Brick" really isn't a good description though, because the Kensington transformer has a super slim profile and is lightweight. I bought the 120w version because some people reported trouble with the 70w on newer HP Compaq Business notebooks. I figured the 120w is good now and insurance against obsolesence in the future.

The power supply is just part of the picture though, as the real beauty of the system is the "smart tip" feature. I frequently fly on international and long haul domestic trips and like to take along my portable DVD player for entertainment. Instead of hauling heavy auxiliary batteries or having both a DC adapter for the plane/rental car AND the regular power bricks, cables and wall warts for AC, now all I need is a single power supply and the right tips.

It seemed like I was always forgetting to pack the one crucial component I needed, like the USB cable to charge my Tungsten T or the wall wart for my mp3 player. With this system, everything stays in one pouch in my carry-on briefcase and the OEM power supplies stay at home, no more sharing and forgetting....

On the downside, the AC power cord really needs to be longer. Now it hangs down off the wall with the weight of the brick straining the cord. This will eventually lead to failure and an electrical hazard unless replaced. Also on my wish list is a separate European two-prong power cord to eliminate the need to pack a plug adapter.

Technical support is a joke, as the call desk didn't even know that any of the DVD tips were available. Technical spec information is nigh on impossible to get. My DVD player wasn't listed on the website and I wanted to know which tip supplied 9v.

Good luck trying to find that out without a major research project. I wish Kensington would just publish a compatibility chart on the site and keep it current, instead of that goofy query-based tip selector. It is so out of date, that it doesn't list many of the DVD player models that have tips (e.g. Panasonic).

I wanted to find the right tip for my Philips PET1000 DVD player. I finally had to go to the manufacturer websites that Kensington makes tips for to dig out which one uses 9v (it was Panasonic). Bought the tip, works like a charm. This works for other devices that aren't listed too, like my Tascam gutiar trainer. If the tip fits your device without forcing or isn't loose, it is probably the right one. However, ALWAYS check the voltage and amperage first to avoid frying your stuff.

The bottom line is that this is head and shoulders above the other AC/DC systems out there. If Kensington can keep up the product support by making new tips for gadgets as they hit the marketplace, it could be around for a long time.

I am very happy with my Kensington Inverter and recommend it highly. It has served me well on many road trips and airline flights.

Having a 3-prong outlet makes this a far more versatile and useful device than inverters that just have a tip for the laptop. It is by far one of the lightest devices of its kind that I have found and great for travel.

There are a few tricks of the trade when using these kinds of devices. One is that airline "empower" ports only put out 75W--and if you read the fine print it can get shut off abruptly at any time during the flight with no warning.

There ar a number of laptops that require more power than 75W--particularly if you are trying to charge the battery at the same time. No inverter can help you solve this problem but it is something to be aware of. In many cases you can either remove the battery or connect it and let it fully charge up before you turn the machine on and it will work fine.

And finally the box says 150 watts, but this is *peak* power which only lasts for a short time (such as the startup phase for your laptop). Sustained output is 120 Watts--just something to note in case you are running devices that require that reuqire a lot of juice.

But all in all this is a *great* little device and I recommend it highly.

I purchased the Kensington Universal 120W AC/DC Power Adapter because I wanted a lightweight solution to keep my IBM/Lenovo T43 laptop powered through long airline flights. Kensington's product is a slick piece of engineering the brick is actually lighter than the one that came with the T43 (that went in the closet immediately, probably never to return). And, it's probably < 50% of the weight of some of the previous AC/DC adapters on the market. Yesterday, a friend was telling me of some incompatibility between his DC adapter and the set-up in American Airlines coach. I've had no such issues. I've had the opportunity to employ my Kensington Universal 120W Adapter at home, office, car and plane and I've had complete satisfaction in all settings. And as for the previous reviewer's comment about the 5" cord, yeah, it does make for a rather odd, dangling effect, but I've not had a situation yet where I've been unable to make a connection because the brick got in the way (although I've had a couple of stares at Starbuck's when I cram the brick into the power alcove).

This power adapter is light, versatile, and performs its function very well, but verify that compatible tips are available for your specific devices.

It has replaced five power cables I used to lug around for trips, and worked perfectly in Europe and India on 220 volt supplies. It's actually lighter than my original Dell laptop adapter. The anywhere adapter also works with a 12VDC auto outlet and the Empower outlets found on many airlines.

This is a power adapter only, so it will not perform a data connection with your PDA, iPod, etc. something to consider if synching while traveling is important to you.

The power cord from the outlet to the brick is 6" short. This is by design to allow the adapter to hang off the wall and have more air circulate around it. The adapter can get quite hot when drawing maximum power. I like the short cord because it's one less item to coil just toss it in the bag. I've actually worn out two other power adapters by coiling the cords and causing them to fray. The cable from the brick to your device, in contrast, is extremely long (approx 3m/10ft). Kensington offers a retractable cable; I haven't bought it but it is intriguing.

A few more hints:

-The adapter comes packaged with several tips for the most common devices, including the iPod.

-Check to ensure a tip is available for your device. Kensington does not have the newer Nokia cell phone (AC-3U 1.5mm) tip; you can get the Nokia adapter for the older tip. There are tips available for digital and video cameras. Check that the tip is in stock! I had to look around for the BlackBerry one.

-Consider getting the dual charging cable. This is a splitter that powers two devices simultaneously (one high power such as a laptop and one low power such as a phone/PDA).

-The included zip case is awful. It's thin and the zipper split open easily.

This is based on a couple of days' experience.

The AC seems to work. Haven't tried DC yet.

It's lighter than the factory power supply for my Compaq Presario 2100. That's 18oz; this one is around 13oz without the DC cord; even with the DC cord it's a couple of ounces lighter. It's also a bit slimmer, though wider and a little longer.

It has built-in velcro straps on the cable. Cool, means I don't have to add my own.

The cabling is kind of interesting. The AC input cord is only about 5" long, so the power supply normally just hangs from the outlet. The DC output cord is about 10'. Both cords will detach from the PS itself, and then the DC output cord connects to one of several tips that select voltage and tip style.

The advertised capability to power almost anything is quite attractive, but I wasn't able to find anything about alternative tips at Kensington's web site. It'd sure be nice to be able to power my PDA and my cell phone, but they'll take unusual tips. Their compatibility page had lots of laptop computer coverage, and zero coverage of anything else.

When you combine the tip with the connector on the end of the cable, the result is about a 3.25" rigid connector sticking out the back of the computer. That make me nervous; it seems like it's asking to get broken or, worse, break the laptop. It may interfere with one of the major things I wanted this unit for strapping the laptop to the center console in my motor home. A right angle connector would be better. The factory power supply has a right angle connector, and projects only 0.75" out the back.

I bought this 5RA as soon as I saw something beside the 5r which I already have.

The 5RA has slightly different button shapes but programming and layout is the same. Programming this with the handheld is a nightmare. Not impossible or hard but time consuming. The directions are worthless and the exact same as the previous version. Buy the 5r usb programming cable to make your life easier.

Seems like they addressed some firmware shortfalls of the 5r and transmit power is slightly better.

Some of the menu text on screen is "cleaned up" meaning they use less characters to get across the same point.

If you are going to hook it up to a external antenna I use a female SMA to female pl259 connector (SO-239). The "reverse SMA" connection is the only thing limiting your antenna choices.

For the price you cannot go wrong. Not a huge fan of the origin of manufacture but the quality far exceeds the price.

The 5r comes with a ear bud/mic this version (5ra) does NOT.

**Update:

As I played with it next to the 5r, I noticed the screen being behind the new plastic causes a "shadow bar" across the bottom at most angles on the screen. In bright light the redesign can reflect it back at you.

Firmware on my handheld was:

BFB281

Its simple to program!!!

The radio feels solid in you hand. The controls are solid.

Antenna works just fine. I would like to try a better one just out of curiosity.

I think it is a great first Amateur Hand held.

I bought the 5R and since I have to have the latest toys, I bought the 5RA. I am not a radio techno, so I can't tell you the difference from a technical standpoint, but I actually like the look of the 5R a little better. I work part time as a Cop and the 5RA looks like a toy on my belt. The 5R is all black and looks more official. The 5RA has a silver plate on the front.

The 5RA speaker is crystal clear, it transmits fine, and hits the repeaters with no issues in NYC where I work. It is compact, fits in a back pocket, and is very light. The screen is easy to read. But with any of these radios buy the programming cable, it is a breeze to program.

Besides that you have to love these radios, with the $2.99 cable (you should buy) and software I downloaded. It took me about 4 minutes to program 24 channels, then it took me 10 seconds to clone it to another new radio. My only fear is that these Boafeng radios will become so popular that the price will go up !!

I have a 600 Vertex VX5 that is an amazing radio, but I put it in the desk for now. This is the new toy.

I've had it for a week and seems to be working as expected. I took one star off because this "2013 Latest Version" came with old firmware...BFB281 versus BFB291. So far so good, but we will see what I'm missing.

I bought this radio and the first thing I noticed is that it looked nothing like the photo on the Amazon listing. While installing the battery, I noticed the model number is UV-5RE! After a quick review/comparison of the specs, it appears that the major difference is cosmetic/case. It DOES have the newer BFB-291 firmware.

Comparing this to my Wouxun UV6D, the Baofeng is smaller, but weighs about the same (feels more dense). I could fit the Baofeng in my jeans pocket, whereas the Wouxun is just a little too big. The other annoyance is the female SMA connector for the antenna... my Wouxun, and just about every other HT I own, have connectors that take male SMA connectors. The radio does get warm when transmitting on high power for more than 20-30 seconds. So, I don't expect to use this radio for lots of digital mode transmissions.

Testing with some Amateur UHF repeaters about 20 miles out performance seemed on par with my other HTs. However, on 2m, performance was significantly less. I'm guessing the stubby duck antenna may be a major contributor to the poor relative performance on 2m. The built-in microphone is somewhat poor.. it sounds muffled when compared to other radios, the clarity of my FM transmissions is not the same as using a better radio like my Yaesu or even the Wouxun. It lacks a rotary knob for tuning, channel selection, and menu selection, which I use often on my other HTs.

This radio does have 2.5KHz step option right on the radio, unlike my Wouxun UV6D on which the 2.5KHz channels must be programmed via software.

Another nice option is the ability to tune into FRS/GMRS frequencies, and secondary use as a police/fire scanner.

One other slight annoyance is that there appears to be a significant delay to transmit when pressing PTT. I can't just xmit and start talking like on a Yaesu HT, the first second or so of the transmission gets cutoff. If you are transmitting a callsign and just start talking when you press PTT, the first few letters will be cutoff unless you are careful. Listening to local repeaters on 2M I can always identify who is using a Baofeng by this issue... lots of "...6ABC" and "...XYZ" callsigns

While not a perfect radio, for the price, this seems to be a good value.

Samsung?Rugby II A847 Combo Rapid Car Charger + Home Wall Charger + USB Data...I recently got my mom the Samsung Rugby II with AT&T. I got this charger set for her for Christmas and she is thrilled to have the extra chargers around. They are a great price, and she says they charge the phone just fine. Maybe they won't last as long as the OEM charger because of how cheap they are(who knows), but they are working just fine now. It will be especially nice to use the USB data cable to get some decent ringtones and backgrounds onto her phone. The Rugby II comes without much, so the data cable will be very helpful in sprucing it up. Very happy with the purchase.

When I got the Rugby II, I got this stuff and am very glad I did. What can I say it arrived in a timely manner and has worked flawlessly at a very good price.

Couldn't be happier. AT&T wanted 30 bucks for a car charger alone. It may bave been a little better quality, who knows... it's was made in China too, and $2.00 for a wall charger, car charger and UBS cable was just about what I figure any trio of products made in China is worth; including an HP computer, an iPhone and a Hugo Boss shirt.

So... a great deal, and fairly priced.

  • Replacement Battery
  • Lithium Ion
  • Battery Life: Up to 8 Hours Depending On Use
  • Compatible Units are Garmin Nuvi 500 and 550 Series

I bought this battery to go with my Nuvi 500. I already own a Nuvi 750 but this battery is one of the reasons that I bought the 500. Unlike most other Nuvi's (and most other automotive GPS receivers) the 500 and the 550 have a user interchangeable battery (the 880 does as well). If you use your GPS primarily in your car this is not a big deal. However, my favorite thing about the Nuvi's is that I can carry them in my pocket as I explore a new city or ever a park or wildlife area. I even have a bicycle mount for it. My 750 only gave me about 3 hours of use before it had to be recharged. Although I am not getting the "up to 8 hours" of power that the manufacturer suggests for the 500 I am getting a solid 5 hours of use with the backlight set at 50%. If I still want more, that's where this battery comes in. A quick switch and I have another 5 hours of GPS guidance. Thank you Garmin for adding this feature to your latest GPS units!

Worked fine for 2 years almost to the day, but now ceases to hold a charge. Meanwhile, the original battery I got with the Nuvi 500 which is 4 years older still works holds a charge. I expect a battery to decline over time, but not to 100% cease to operate within 2 years.

Maybe I am the exception, maybe not.

Oh, and now the price is 8% higher than in 2010... will I buy another spare doubtful.

Eventually, it damaged either the batter or the phone, because now the phone will hardly hold a charge.

Now that we're seeing the beginnings of the first true 4G mobile networks, smartphones and tablets are becoming an increasingly integral part of many people's daily lives. Whereas it's pretty commonplace to sit down somewhere with your laptop plugged in while you work, modern tablets and smartphones allow us to do our computing and gaming on-the-go. Even with the advances in battery technology and power-saving LED displays, it's tough for the average user to make it through a full day on their mobile device without running out of juice.

Enter devices like this -at 5000mAh, it's got enough power to completely charge most smartphones 2-3 times. Even running 4G and watching streaming videos on your phone, you can comfortably be away from the charger for a couple days without having to worry. It'll also give you about a 75% boost on your tablet battery (iPad 2 battery is just shy of 7000 mAh).

This device is fairly portable -a little bulkier than a kit-kat bar -and should fit easily into your purse or backpack... I wouldn't really want to carry it in my pocket, but I guess it'd fit fair easily into a zippered jacket pocket or something. Once you add in the necessary cable, though, it can start getting sorta bulky.

Speaking of bulk, one thing that sorta bugged me about this device was the proprietary charging cable. So many devices nowadays are mini-USB. It's nice having a standard plug. Why, then, do you have to use some weird DC adapter to charge this portable battery? It already comes with a mini-USB cable for use with smartphones and such -just let it charge with that! Since this device must be charged using the proprietary USB-to-DC plug, if you happen to lose it, you're done. Sorta sucks. For this reason (and for the added portability) I'd prefer to stick with a smaller charger like the Belkin F8M158tt Power Pack 1000. Sure, it doesn't have quite the same capacity, but how often are you really going to be needing several days' worth of portable charge on your smartphone in between opportunities to plug it into a wall outlet or USB port?

Anyway, this is a decent device. It comes with a whole range of adapters that allow you to plug it into your smartphone, normal phone iPad / iPod, etc. It's got great capacity but suffers from being a bit bulkier than lower-capacity battery units and a proprietary charge cable. While this could be a good workhorse for iPad users, I'm thinking of these types of devices as being primarily used to extend the life of smartphones for folks on-the-go. As such, this is just a little too bulky to be practical for my daily use. I'd give it a higher rating but the DC charge cable bugs me.

Buy Aluratek APB01F USB 5000 mAh External Battery Pack and Charger for iPod, iPhone, iPad, eReaders, and Now

You can read all the specific details pertaining to this device in all the other reviews. I just wanted to correct the misconception that it will only charge via a computer USB port. This is not true. I used my HP Touchpad charger and it worked perfectly. This battery pack requires a charger capable of 1.3 amps. The iPhone charger only is .5amps (I believe). Any aftermarket charger that provides a higher current should work fine.

Only reason I am not making this a 5 star item is for the slight bulkiness of the pack. At the discounted price it can not be beat.

This is a rechargeable battery that you charge up using your computer's USB port. Once it is charged, then you can plug any number of electronic devices into this battery, using the USB port in the battery, to run or charge your device from it. I've used this to charge up my 2nd generation iTouch iPod(r), my iPad2(r), and my Blackberry(r) Tour phone. (Obviously not all at the same time; just one at a time, grin).

When you charge this from your computer, it has 3 blue lights that will light up as it becomes fully charged (1 blue light means it's about 1/3 charged up, 2 lights is 2/3rds). It comes with all the cables to charge the battery from your USB port, and to then charge or run your devices. It does not come with a AC adapter to charge your battery from a wall plug, and it does not come with a 12 volt adapter to charge the battery from your car's 12 volt accessory port (cigarette lighter). To charge/run your device, select the right cable with the right connector for your device, plug it into your device and into the battery, and then there is a button on the batter to push to turn the charging on. While you are running/charging off the battery, the blue lights will tell you about how much battery you have left: 3 lights, full; 2 lights, 2/3rds; 1 light, 1/3rd. I don't have a good way to tell you how many hours this battery will run before you needs to recharge it again, but my experience has been really good. It's not like I have to charge it up each day. I don't use it more than about once a week in an emergency when one of my devices needs a charge. High recommended! The battery is small enough to fit in most pockets, less than 3 inches x 4 inches and about 3/4 inches thick.

Want Aluratek APB01F USB 5000 mAh External Battery Pack and Charger for iPod, iPhone, iPad, eReaders, and Discount?

My first review of this product would have been an enthusiastic 5 star recommendation; however, having had it for a few months I have found a massive drawback a faulty USB cable. I contacted the company to see if they would send me a new one, and indeed they would if I paid 10 dollars for the cable and 9.95 in shipping. Needless to say I was not amendable to doing that.

When I originally received this item, I didn't use it right off as I never found that I was able to drain my Samsung Infuse cell phone or IPod touch 4th gen completely of batteries and find myself no where near a charger. I kept it in my purse just in case, and I did find myself needing it when I traveled extensively in November for both business and pleasure. First I found myself taking many pictures, and sending those pictures to Facebook, draining my cell of battery when I visited Walt Disney World. I was very lucky to have had this to charge my cell while we took a break for lunch or dinner. Secondly, when I traveled to Denver on business from Boston, I found I had forgotten to charge my IPod before I left. Having this in my purse was a Godsend for the 5 hour flight! After these experiences I became diligent about keeping the external battery pack charged, just in case.

Unfortunately, the USB cable (and its' attachments to charge my cell and Ipod) went dead in January as I was on the road for business again. I was unimpressed by the lack of customer service and how long it took them to get back to me only to tell me that I would have to shell out 20 dollars for a replacement cable. My work around for this is inconvenient, but it works I carry an IPod and USB mini cable with the battery to be able to use it to charge when needed. This is unwieldy, but again it works. The battery still works fabulously, so I will rate this at 3 stars for that, but be aware of the 0 star customer service and usb cable.

This is a pretty good product. It's a little bulky, but it carries enough charge for multiple full recharges of my iPod Touch. The size is suitable for carrying in a bag, probably not a pocket. The cable system works fairly well. I was a little dubious at first when I saw one cable with so many attachments, but it worked fine. I think the charger should have come with a cable that lets you charge it from the wall. Out of the box, the battery pack must be charged from a computer using the USB. However, I'm sure you could find an after-market cable to charge from the wall socket easily enough.

HTC HTC6350MNT Original Car Mount for HTC Droid Incredible 2 (Verizon Packaging)

HTC HTC6350MNT Original Car Mount for HTC Droid Incredible 2It is a great addition to the phone. When it's in the cradle the screen changes for using it in the car. It also has a plug for a power cord that can stay plugged in. The only problem is there is no room for a cover on the phone, it won't fit in the cradle. Big problem.

I got it in the mail pretty fast so i was pleased with that, but when i opend the package it was the wrong car mount and didnt even fit my phone.

I got the product, but it was for the wrong phone. And Im sure I haven't got my money back. I got to check my statements.

Very secure hold, easy to adjust and tighten joints for the perfect fit, and the suction cup hasn't melted on the windshield (yet). Always take this off when you aren't driving so that the plastic doesn't begin to melt on the glass.

I will say this: just because it's hands-free doesn't mean it won't distract you. It will. You may be glancing at the GPS, or trying to move your finger across the screen to get to another song, and in that moment you're essentially as distracted as you would be if you were holding it. I'd even argue that this almost makes it more distracting because it is so easily accessible. But hey, that's not this product's fault; it works great and does what it was designed to do, just make sure that you're smart when using it.

Cobra CPI-150 Micro Port 150 Watt Power Inverter (Black)

Cobra CPI-150 Micro Port 150 Watt Power Inverter
  • Cobra Micro Port 150 Watt Power Inverter
  • 150 Watt continuous power/300 Watt peak power
  • USB output allows charging and operation of modern office devices such as iPod's, Blackberry's and cell phones
  • Dual purpose power cable/Airline and car source
  • Carry Case included for convenient storage when not in use

This is a great product. It is perfect in (almost) every way. Smallest 150 watt inverter around. Very quiet. Works both in the car and on a plane. Has both a 3-prong AC and USB powerpoints. It shines particularly well verses the 'big-black' inverters for traveling for 3 reasons. 1) Again, it is so quiet that more often than not you can't even hear it; 2) when you re-start the ignition on your car it properly resets itself and keeps providing power (unlike the 'big-black' units which are universally dumb and unpower themselves); 3) if your car's battery voltage drops (because it is cold...older battery...or you are not running the engine) this unit tends to keep working whereas most others sense the voltage drop and quit working. The only minor quirk with it is that the silver-tipped spring that you insert into the lighter socket is overly sprung and in some cars you need to occasionally re-push it into the lighter. An annoyance but not a deal breaker. Overall I cannot recommend this enough. The only other unit that comes close is the Xantrex 175 watt unit (#813-0291). It has all of the above qualities except that the airline portion of the adapter would not seperate correctly from the cigarette portion of its cord. This resulted in the unit's tip being slightly loose at the plastic seem of the cigarette portion of the adapter.

Get this adapter for your laptop! I tried two other adapters and they failed to support the load on my Sony Vaio Z series laptop adapter. Plus it comes with a nice little case and has the airline adapter. There are two fuses one in the tip and one in the adapter to help keep things safe. Highly Recommended!

I spent an absurd amount of time comparing the different inverters on Amazon and finally decided on this one. I'm glad I did, and I am a very persnickety designer. Unlike some of the other ones I was looking at, this one has a clean, slim design. Most inverters must be triple or quadruple the size and weight, if not more! This one is light and tiny, about half the size of a small paperback book, if even that. The plastic it is made out of is the high quality impact resistant stuff, not the fragile junk I was half expecting. The cord is detachable and is just right to keep the inverter out of the way of things like your shifter, but not too long that it's messy. The product comes with this nice little case for the inverter and cord which is pretty handy, perfect for storing it in the glove box. I just got it but have tested it out and it was charging my laptop. I recommend going with this one, you will be happy.

The product is great overall. Incredibly small for inverters (will be perfect for flying with my laptop), the power is not underrated, and the pouch it comes in is very handy.

The only downside is that it is noisy. I've heard noisier inverters, but this thing is far from silent. I can hear the cooling fan distinctly over my car's engine and road nice (and I have a pretty loud car).

Overall still happy with the product. I needed an inexpensive, compact power inverter that can be used in a car and on a plane.

First of all, it works. There aren't too many 150 watt inverters out there, so the fact that this is one, and it works, should be more than enough to buy.

Other pro's are that it is a good price, and it also includes a USB port so you can charge ipods/smartphones without any other coversion devices.

I used this for several hours with my 120 Watt quad core laptop on the road. I turned the power settings down as low as I could just to be sure I didn't fry something, but I had no problems. It gets a little warm, but not too bad. Yes there is a fan, and yes you can hear it, but it isn't really annoying.

The biggest area for improvement would be the length of the cord. It isn't super long, but I have been able to charge my phone off this while sitting in the back seat, you just have to have a long enough cord.

I would buy it again.

UPDATE: I've had this for about a year and a half now, and I've decided to take a star away. I don't use this thing all the time but it is starting to make some bizarre noises. Still a good product though.

I was sceptical because every store I tried to find this battery model didn't carry it and when they could order it, the cost started at $55 plus tax. I saw this battery on Amazon which was half that price with shipping included so I tried it.

I received shipping notification next day and the battery arrived well packaged in 2 more. Fast and secure. I put the battery on slow charge for a couple hours (in case) and after 2 hours it was showing charged fully. Put in Honda Rebel 250 and it was a precise fit as adverticed. Started it right up. Have had it out several days since and starts up like it should each time.

I'll be looking for a battery for an ATV and Lawn tractor from this company. I don't see the need to pay twice as much.

Highly recommend

Kawasaki 840046 Green 19.2-Volt 1.5 Amp Hour NiCad Slide Style Battery

Kawasaki 840046 Green 19.2-Volt 1.5 Amp Hour NiCad Slide Style Battery
  • 19.2V 1500 MAH replacement battery for Kawasaki green series
  • Slide-on style fits the following Kawasaki cordless tools: 840079, 840131, 840138, 840155, 840147 and 840090
  • Slide battery with ABS housing
  • 1 hour charge time

The problem with most cordless tools is that the batteries cost almost as much as the entire kit. My original Kawasaki battery that came with the drill lasted through about 3 dischares, and then just quit. I bought a replacement and it performed the same. Beware of all Kawasaki cordless tools if you want any service.

This item is requires a charger, but Kawasaki does not offer a charger, thus the battery is useless unless you have a charger from a previous tool. Kawasaki stopped making the slide charger, but not the slide battery.

Motorola Atrix 4G MB860 Combo Rapid Car Charger + Home Wall Charger + USB Data Charge Sync Cable + B

Motorola Atrix 4G MB860 Combo Rapid Car Charger + Home Wall Charger + USB Data Charge Sync Cable + Black Horizontal Leather Pouch for Motorola Atrix 4G MB860The power cords fit the Atrix perfectly. The Atrix charges as it should. The only draw back is that when charging with the wall plug and car adapter, you are unable to use the phone while it is charging. The touchscreen does not respond while plugged in. I read about similar results from other people with other aftermarket chargers. It seems that this phone (as well as other phones) tend to be very picky when it comes to different chargers. I did notice however that when using the USB charger, you are able to work the phone normally while charging. The case is nice but fit the phone loosely. Maybe its just not my style but the case will not get any use from me at all. As long as your OK with not being able to use it while charging, this is a great buy for the price and ammount of accessories you get. I would buy it again if i had to.

This is the best price I have heard so for for bundle. We have Saved lot of money. Will buy more of same.

First, let me say thank you for the prompt service. I love my leather pouch and it fits perfectly over the after market case I bought. Also, the wall charger is actually better than the wall charger that came with the phone. It is longer by about a foot and it lights up to let me know that it is getting power. The extra cord length has allowed me to place the phone on a table while it charges. The original cord from motorola was so short that I had to lay the phone on the floor while it charged. The car charger does not work in all of my vehicles. The vendor graciously offered a refund for the defective part or a replacement. I can't believe how much great stuff I got for the price!!! Great value for so little money and EXCELLENT vendor service.

I will be telling all my friends about this.

Thank you so very much for the great cheap stuff!!!
